Getting Started
Step 1: Paperwork: To begin your health journey with Dr. Thomas, please download, print, and complete our Prospective Patient Form: Click here. You can submit your completed form via email to info@healthyandstrong.com or fax it to 888-481-6799.
Step 2: Bloodwork: Upon receiving your Prospective Patient Form, we’ll initiate comprehensive bloodwork testing. This testing includes key metabolic and inflammatory markers that are closely linked to cancer outcomes. You’ll receive the lab order via email, along with any additional forms needed to proceed with your care. Please note that while we order bloodwork prior to your consultation, we cannot provide any treatment recommendations or initiate any protocols until after your formal consultation with Dr. Thomas. The bloodwork results serve as a foundation for your personalized treatment plan, which will be developed during your consultation.
Step 3: Consultation: Once your blood work results are available, we’ll schedule a two-hour video consultation with Dr. Thomas. During this time, he’ll review your medical history and test results, answer all your questions in detail, and discuss evidence-based strategies to enhance your cancer treatment. Following the consultation, Dr. Thomas dedicates an additional two hours to researching your specific case. You’ll then receive a detailed email summarizing your discussion and outlining your personalized protocol, which includes dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, supplement guidance, and appropriate medication suggestions. The consultation fee of $1,500 covers both the consultation and this comprehensive follow-up plan.
Note: While many patients with stage-4 cancer choose to work with Dr. Thomas on an ongoing basis for intensive treatment monitoring and support through their journey to remission, this is entirely optional. Our consultation services are valuable for patients at any stage, and our recommendations are designed to work alongside your conventional cancer treatment. Many of our suggested approaches don’t require prescriptions, making them accessible and practical additions to your care plan.
